Signal Alliance Technology Holding (SATH) was delighted to welcome the Stanford Transformation Seed Program Cohort 6 for an insightful leadership visit . The cohort was hosted by the Group Executive Director, who warmly welcomed the participants and facilitated an engaging session that delved into the leadership strategies and organizational structure that have enabled Signal Alliance to thrive for nearly three decades.
During the session, leaders from Signal Alliance Technology Holding (SATH) shared their leadership stories and the principles that have driven their success. The Chief Operating Officer, SATH, Mr Ndubuisi Ogbechie led the conversation by making a presentation and showcasing the corporate profile of the holding company and the entire ecosystem highlighting the subsidiaries and affiliate companies.
Busola Komolafe, Managing Director of Cloudsa Africa, discussed the innovative cloud-based solutions provided by Cloudsa Africa, another subsidiary of SATH. She elaborated on the Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings, as well as the migration services that help businesses seamlessly transition their data and applications to the cloud.
Kingsley Inyang- Head Infrastructure and managed services at Signal Alliance Consulting, speaking on behalf of the MD/CEO SA Consulting ( a subsidiary of SATH), highlighted the range of IT solutions and services offered by the subsidiary. Signal Alliance Consulting provides comprehensive IT consulting, infrastructure solutions, managed services, and cloud services to businesses and organizations across Nigeria.
Abayomi Adebanjo, Group Head, Human Resources, SATH, emphasized the company’s dedication to empowering its staff. He shared insights into the opportunities and privileges that the system provides, showcasing SATH’s commitment to fostering a supportive and growth-oriented work environment.
A leadership laboratory session was held by the Stanford Seed team.
The question-and-answer session was quite engaging, as the Stanford Seed team posed thoughtful questions to the leaders on various aspects of leadership and organizational excellence.
The event ended on a high note as the visiting team gave feedbacks of being enlightened with leadership insights and elated by the hospitability of the Signal Alliance Technology Holding Team.
