A graduate of Finance from University of Nigeria, Nsukka and holds MBAs from Wharton Business School (USA).

He has functioned as Group Head of Operations at Citibank and Standard Chartered Bank, South Africa and Executive Director – Service & Technology at First City Monument Bank and Union Bank in Nigeria. He was a non-Executive Director of NIBSS and until recently, completed his tenure as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Nova Merchant Bank.

A seasoned Banker with over 28 years of versatile experience in both International and Local Banking environments, He has attended trainings at leading Business schools including Harvard Business School, USA and Queens Business School, Canada, as well as in other renowned institutions such as the University of Bangor (Wales), and Bayero University, Kano.

Director

Dr Kachi Onubogu is an accomplished Senior Business leader and Executive Board Member with a over 20 years track record of commercial and marketing success in multinational companies across Africa. He has in-depth knowledge of the marketing sector and broad business experience at a strategic level.  He has successfully implemented and managed multi-million dollar projects, launched new brands, significantly grown market share and achieved the number one position with products in the dairy market.

LANRE ONASANYA

Director

Lanre Onasanya, is the incumbent Chairman of Cloudsa – Africa a subsidiary of Signal Alliance Technology Holding. He is a Management Consultant and was pioneer in setting up Microsoft in Nigeria. He is a Chartered Accountant, and he has an MBA in Marketing and Bachelors from the University of Lagos. Lanre is passionate about the African dream. He has a strong conviction that African Solutions will solve Africa’s problems… and building good capacity in business leadership will be the key to taking the continent of Africa to the Zenith. To make this not just a wish but a reality, he is leveraging on the strengths of businesses in Sub-Saharan Africa by creating trusting partnerships among success driven people across the region to indeed tap into the Africa Rising Energy.

 

His experience cuts across Banking, Courier and IT Industry. He is tirelessly engaged in Executive Coaching, Public Speaking, Leadership Development, and Productivity Training Leveraging on Technology and Capability Consulting with special focus on African Countries.

ADANMA ONUEGBU

Group Executive Director, SATH

Adanma Onuegbu is the Executive Consultant at Signal Alliance. She holds a B.Sc in Economics and Extension from Federal University of Agriculture Makurdi, Benue State. She has attended several Leadership and Executive programs at Harvard Business School, Indian Institute of Management, Strathmore Business school Kenya, IESE Business School Barcelona.

 

She is a member of Nigerian Computer Society and a community leader leading CSR programs in community development both in and outside of Signal Alliance Technology Holding.

COLLINS ONUEGBU

Chariman, SATH

Collins Onuegbu is a distinguished IT professional and investor with over two decades’ experience in the tech industry. He is the founder and Chairman of Signal Alliance Technology Holding – one of Nigeria’s foremost IT service providers. He is also the founder of Sasware, a technology investment subsidiary of Signal Alliance Technology Holding.

 

Collins is an Electronics Engineering graduate from University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He is also an alumnus of Harvard Business School and Lagos Business School, Nigeria. Mr. Onuegbu is an expert in residence at the Enterprise Development Centre of the Pan Atlantic University. He is on the Board of several other companies. He has interest in organizational development, strategic planning, IT consulting, business strategy, project management, corporate financial reporting, professional networking, news technology and a lover of tennis.

ABAYOMI ADEBANJO

Group Head, Human Resources

An astute HR professional with proven ability to always surpass expectations. He has been able to demonstrate key HR competencies in the delivery of value-driven HR practices for clients operating in different sectors of the Nigerian economy.


He has held various HR positions in both indigenous and multinational organizations and this gives him a global mindset and a sufficient depth of experience in dealing with issues that relate to employees’ collaboration, inclusion, and diversity within a multi-cultural work environment. He is an individual that often embraces challenges and sees them as opportunity to broaden and deepen his professional capability.

NGOZI OSONDU-AKONYIRO

Chief of Staff to the GED

Ngozi Osondu-Akonyiro is an experienced professional with over 15 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as the Head of Operations and Chief of Staff to the Group Executive Director at Signal Alliance Technology Holding, she plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless coordination within the organization. 

 

Ngozi earned her degree in Environmental Management from the University of Calabar, Cross River State in 2006. Following her graduation, Ngozi served in Lagos State during her participation in the National Youth Service Corps.

 

She began her professional journey as a Front Office Executive in the Admin department, displaying unwavering dedication and a strong work ethic. Within a span of just six months, her exceptional performance earned her a promotion to lead the administrative unit. 

 

She demonstrated remarkable capabilities and progressed to working as HR Operations in the HR unit. Her outstanding contributions led to her appointment as the head of the Operations unit. Currently, she holds the esteemed position of the Head of Operations and the Chief of Staff to the Group Executive Director at Signal Alliance Technology Holding.

 

Ngozi’s commitment to professional development led her to pursue further education and acquire specialized skills. She has completed training in Human Resource Management and Payroll Management, enhancing her expertise in these areas. Dominic Ogar

Chief Information Officer, CIO

Dominic Ogar is the Chief Information Officer at SATH, where he plays a crucial role in driving the company’s strategic operational functions and ensuring business growth. With a wealth of experience spanning over 16 years, Chukwudi has demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering technology-driven business solutions, delivering exceptional client service, and achieving profitable revenue growth across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.

 

Prior to joining SATH in 2021, Chukwudi served as the Chief Operating Officer at Sasware, where he successfully oversaw portfolio consolidation efforts and facilitated the growth of investee companies. His leadership and strategic guidance contributed significantly to the company’s success.

 

Before his tenure at Sasware, Chukwudi held the position of Country Lead, Social Enterprise at Population Services International (PSI), a global development organization headquartered in Washington, D.C. During his time at PSI, Chukwudi spearheaded the organization’s business model transformation from donor-funded to self-funding through the implementation of a social enterprise program. Under his guidance, PSI experienced substantial revenue growth from diverse products and regions across Nigeria.

 

Chukwudi also made noteworthy contributions during his time at R.T Briscoe Nigeria Plc, where he held several key roles from 2015 to 2021. Starting as the Marketing Manager, he successfully led the transformation of the marketing function, resulting in double-digit revenue growth from Omni-marketing channels. He later assumed the role of Group Head of Strategy, overseeing the restructuring of business operations into a more efficient holding company structure, which led to notable improvements in revenue. Additionally, Chukwudi initiated and led the product diversification program, enhancing revenue assurance and sustainability for the group. NDUBUISI OGBECHIE

Chief Operating Officer, COO

Ndubuisi Ogbechie is an esteemed professional serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Signal Alliance Technology Holding. With a strong educational background and extensive experience in finance and strategy, he brings valuable expertise to his role.

Ndubuisi obtained his undergraduate degree in Sociology from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He furthered his education at Robert Gordon University, where he studied Financial Management and graduated in 2005. He holds a master’s in finance from the Alliance Manchester Business School in the UK.

Prior to his current position, Ndubuisi served as the Principal Consultant at Geocomp Digital Services Ltd and held the role of Special Assistant to the Honorable Commissioner for Finance, among other notable positions.

With a diverse skill set, Ndubuisi is an experienced Financial Manager and Strategist. His proficiency spans various areas including banking, business planning, research, financial analysis and management, technology, corporate finance, performance management, and business support and development.

KELECHI MBAH

Chief of Staff to the Chairman

Kenneth Ufomba is an accomplished leader who specializes in Technology Consulting and Business Development. Currently serving as the Director of Signal Alliance Consulting, a leading enterprise technology solutions company operating in Nigeria and other parts of Africa, Kenneth possesses extensive expertise in driving digital transformation and cultivating business opportunities.

 

With a career spanning over 15 years, Kenneth has excelled in various roles encompassing Technical Delivery, Technology Consulting, and Business Development. He has successfully navigated complex technology consultative solution environments, serving diverse industries such as Banking and Financial Services, Oil and Gas, Small to Medium Businesses, and the Public Sector.

An Alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School (SMP 77), she equally holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Computer Science from Olabisi Onabanjo University ,an MBA in general Management and PGD in Data Science and Business Analytics from University of Texas at Austin .

 

In addition, she has earned certifications in ITIL v3 Foundation, Microsoft specialization in Software Asset Management (SAM).

 

She is also a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist with expertise in Volume Licensing Specialist, Large Organizations.
