KEY PURPOSE OF JOB

 

The Head of SATH Foundation will oversee and manage the foundation’s programs and activities. This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and evaluating the foundation’s initiatives to ensure they align with the organization’s mission and goals.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Program Development: The Head, SATH Foundation is responsible for developing and shaping the foundation’s programs and activities. This involves identifying areas of focus, setting goals, and designing initiatives that align with the foundation’s mission and objectives.

 

  • Strategic Planning: The Head, SATH Foundation works on long-term planning, ensuring that the foundation’s programs align with its overall mission and goals. Assess community needs, identify opportunities for impact, and develop strategies to address pressing issues.

 

  • Grantmaking: Oversees the grantmaking process, including reviewing proposals, making funding recommendations, and monitoring the progress of grantees. Ensures that grants are awarded to projects that align with the foundation’s priorities.

 

  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Cultivates relationships with other organizations, nonprofits, and stakeholders to build partnerships and collaborations. This can enhance the foundation’s impact by leveraging resources and expertise.

 

  • Evaluation and Impact Assessment: The Head, SATH Foundation, alongside other personnel is responsible for assessing the effectiveness of the foundation’s programs. This involves monitoring outcomes, collecting data, and evaluating the impact of funded projects to ensure that they contribute to the foundation’s goals.

 

  • Communication and Advocacy: Engages in communication and advocacy efforts to raise awareness about the foundation’s programs and the issues they address. This can involve collaborating with the media, policymakers, and the public to amplify the foundation’s impact.

 

  • Budget Management: Manages the budget allocated for programmatic activities, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to achieve the foundation’s goals.

  • Understand social advocacy, grant writing, fundraising and is able to use this knowledge to access opportunities for the organization.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders.

 

PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP

Group Head, Finance

Emeka Nwuko is currently the Group Head, Finance at Signal Alliance Technology Holding, a leading technology group in Africa with operations in Nigeria, other parts of Africa and the middle East.

Emeka is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants of United Kingdom, with almost 2 decades of professional experience developed in the asset management, telecommunications, power and technology sectors.  

He is an astute, diligent, value driven and award-winning finance professional with almost 20 years progressive experience in various finance positions with industry leading brands like Asset & Resource Management Company, MTN Nigeria, Ikeja Electric. His financial acumen spans key areas including general ledger administration, revenue management & reporting, receivables & payables management, financial planning, treasury management, tax management, audit, asset management & reporting, internal control & compliance, inventory management, finance operations & customer service.

Emeka’s contributions to the sectors he has worked include and not limited to:

  • Secondment to MTN Zambia to develop & implement processes, procedures and policies on various finance operations tasks.
  • Hyperion Planning roll out for effective assumption driven financial planning process.
  • Introduction of zero-based budgeting with activity levels monitoring which led to cost savings in excess of N1bn
  • Contribution to the implementation of Bilateral power arrangements in Lagos.

He has functioned as Group Head of Operations at Citibank and Standard Chartered Bank, South Africa and Executive Director – Service & Technology at First City Monument Bank and Union Bank in Nigeria. Director

Dr Kachi Onubogu is an accomplished Senior Business leader and Executive Board Member with a over 20 years track record of commercial and marketing success in multinational companies across Africa. He has in-depth knowledge of the marketing sector and broad business experience at a strategic level.  He has successfully implemented and managed multi-million dollar projects, launched new brands, significantly grown market share and achieved the number one position with products in the dairy market.

 

He is an alumni of Wharton Business School, Gordon’s Institute of Business Sciences, University of Pretoria where he bagged an MBA, University of Jos and SBS Swiss Business School. He is a specialist in Executive Leadership, Commercial Strategies, Brand Asset Management, Marketing Strategy, Product Development, Investment Management, Business Analysis, Organizational Change, and Communication Strategies. LANRE ONASANYA

Director

Lanre Onasanya, is the incumbent Chairman of Cloudsa – Africa a subsidiary of Signal Alliance Technology Holding. He is a Management Consultant and was pioneer in setting up Microsoft in Nigeria. He is a Chartered Accountant, and he has an MBA in Marketing and Bachelors from the University of Lagos. Lanre is passionate about the African dream. He has a strong conviction that African Solutions will solve Africa’s problems… and building good capacity in business leadership will be the key to taking the continent of Africa to the Zenith. To make this not just a wish but a reality, he is leveraging on the strengths of businesses in Sub-Saharan Africa by creating trusting partnerships among success driven people across the region to indeed tap into the Africa Rising Energy.

Adanma Onuegbu is the Group Executive Consultant at Signal Alliance Technology Holding. She holds a B.Sc in Economics and Extension from Federal University of Agriculture Makurdi, Benue State. She has attended several Leadership and Executive programs at Harvard Business School, Indian Institute of Management, Strathmore Business school Kenya, IESE Business School Barcelona.

COLLINS ONUEGBU

Chariman, SATH

Collins is a thought leader with over thirty years of experience in the African technology and business landscape.  

He is the Founder and Chairman of Signal Alliance Technology Holding, an African technology holding company with subsidiaries and portfolio companies in Cloud, Tech consulting, early-stage tech ventures, Fintech, and software development. He founded Signal Alliance in 1996 and has grown the company to an Enterprise Technology powerhouse building software, applications and integrating infrastructure systems for large scale African enterprises. 

With a background in Engineering, he is an alumnus of the University of Nigeria Nsukka, the Harvard Business School, Said Business School, and the Lagos Business School. 

He sits on the board of several companies including Sasware, Codeware, Medismart, Melon Capital, and Tedrow Africa. He is also the Vice Chairman of the Advisory Board of GEN Nigeria, The President of the Harvard Business School Association of Nigeria. ABAYOMI ADEBANJO

NGOZI OSONDU-AKONYIRO

Ngozi Osondu-Akonyiro is an experienced professional with over 15 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as the Head of Operations and Chief of Staff to the Group Executive Director at Signal Alliance Technology Holding, she plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless coordination within the organization. 

 

Ngozi earned her degree in Environmental Management from the University of Calabar, Cross River State in 2006. Following her graduation, Ngozi served in Lagos State during her participation in the National Youth Service Corps.

 

She began her professional journey as a Front Office Executive in the Admin department, displaying unwavering dedication and a strong work ethic. Within a span of just six months, her exceptional performance earned her a promotion to lead the administrative unit. 

 

She demonstrated remarkable capabilities and progressed to working as HR Operations in the HR unit. Her outstanding contributions led to her appointment as the head of the Operations unit. Currently, she holds the esteemed position of the Head of Operations and the Chief of Staff to the Group Executive Director at Signal Alliance Technology Holding.

Armed with a stellar education from the prestigious Lagos Business School and the University of Benin, Dominic boasts a rich tapestry of certifications spanning diverse methodologies and cutting-edge technologies.

 

A fervent advocate for service excellence, customer obsession, and governance, Dominic embodies the essence of leadership and achievement. Ndubuisi Ogbechie is an esteemed professional serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Signal Alliance Technology Holding. With a strong educational background and extensive experience in finance and strategy, he brings valuable expertise to his role.


Ndubuisi obtained his undergraduate degree in Sociology from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He furthered his education at Robert Gordon University, where he studied Financial Management and graduated in 2005. He holds a master’s in finance from the Alliance Manchester Business School in the UK.


Prior to his current position, Ndubuisi served as the Principal Consultant at Geocomp Digital Services Ltd and held the role of Special Assistant to the Honorable Commissioner for Finance, among other notable positions.


With a diverse skill set, Ndubuisi is an experienced Financial Manager and Strategist. His proficiency spans various areas including banking, business planning, research, financial analysis and management, technology, corporate finance, performance management, and business support and development.

KELECHI MBAH

Chief of Staff to the Chairman
